Praised by critics as “a temperament and a personality that leave one enchanted and astonished,” rising pianist Emanuele Savron was born in 1999 and began studying piano at the age of six. His first teacher was Pierpaolo Levi, followed by the legendary Leonid Margarius and Marcella Crudeli. Under the mentorship of Nat Yontararak, Thailand’s most celebrated pianist, he embarked on his first concert tour at the age of ten, performing in Trieste, Rijeka, Perugia, and Pisa. Savron has since performed both as a soloist and with orchestra across Italy and abroad — in Slovenia, Croatia, Germany, Russia, and Thailand — appearing in festivals, theaters, and cultural institutions. Before the outbreak of the war, he performed at the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg as part of the Pianissimo Festival, one of the world’s most prestigious showcases for rising stars of the international piano scene. Russian media hailed him as “one of the finest young pianists of the new generation.” In October 2023, he opened the 32nd Roma International Piano Competition with a solo recital at the Protomoteca Hall on the Capitoline Hill in Rome, receiving high acclaim from renowned British music critic Christopher Axworthy. In 2024, he performed as a soloist with the Italian Philharmonic Orchestra and the Choir of the Teatro dell’Opera di Parma in a spectacular concert in Venice curated by composer Nico Cartosio, whose debut album entered the Billboard Classical Top 20 worldwide. Marcella Crudeli, one of the last representatives of the Alfred Cortot school, has expressed great confidence in his artistic future. For the past two years, they have also performed together as a piano duo — a testament to their mutual respect and artistic connection. In 2025, he collaborated with internationally acclaimed soprano Ekaterina Bakanova, performing a recital of European vocal repertoire in prestigious Italian venues. At such a young age, he has already garnered numerous prestigious awards, including: Palmanova Piano Competition (1st Prize – 2014 & 2015), Bracigliano International Music Competition (1st Prize – 2018), Città di Piove di Sacco National Competition (1st Prize – 2019), “Premio Isola del Sole” International Competition (1st Prize – 2019), Music in the World: International Award (1st Absolute Prize, score 100/100 – 2019), Roma International Competition (Emerging Artists under 25 – 1st Prize, 2019), “Ugo Amendola” National Competition (1st Prize – 2020), Cervignano City Competition (1st Prize – 2022), Musica Goritiensis 2nd International Piano Competition (1st Prize ex aequo – 2022), UNESCO Prize – Palmanova International Competition (1st Prize), Domenico Scarlatti International Piano Competition, Trapani (1st Absolute Prize in Under 25 – 2023). One of his most significant achievements was being awarded distinction at the prestigious Magisterium Course organized by Rotary Club Roma Ovest under the direction of Marcella Crudeli, where he completed annual exams with “masterful interpretations and impressive emotional depth.” His artistry is consistently praised for its charisma, refined touch, technical brilliance, and imaginative interpretation. In August 2025, Savron made his cinematic debut, playing the leading role in Orfeo, a short film directed by Maximilien Seren-Piccinni and Francesco Meatta, co-produced by Garda Festival and ICNN – Istituto Cinematografico Nuovi Narratori. The film premiered at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival at the Hotel Excelsior and is set for its release in Fall 2025.
