Accademia Filarmonica di Verona: Leonardo Benini conducts the Mozart Requiem with Elisa Bonazzi as soloist
The prestigious Accademia Filarmonica di Verona is set to present next October 5th the Requiem KV626 by W.A. Mozart, conducted by Maestro Leonardo Benini at Chiesa di San Nicolò all'Arena.
Bolognese mezzosoprano Elisa Bonazzi will perform as soloist.
Benini will be on the podium of the Orchestra da Camera di Parma and the Coro Città di Piazzola sul Brenta. The other soloists will be Barbara Massaro (soprano), Luigi Morassi (tenor) and William Hernandez (bass).
This season Benini is set to make his debut at the Teatro Comunale di Treviso where he will conduct a symphonic concert featuring Axel Tronese at the piano. Bonazzi recently made her debut as Anna I in Kurt Weill/Bertolt Brecht Die sieben Todsünden.
