Diana Alexe makes her Spanish debut performing for the first time Rosina in Mozart’s La Finta Semplice in La Coruña

Next September 26/28 Diana Alexe will make her Spanish debut performing for the 1st time the main role of Rosina in Mozart’s La Finta Semplice at the Teatro Colón of La Coruña, for the 73rd season of the Amigos de La Ópera de A Coruña.

The production, strongly desired by the Artistic Director Aquiles Machado, will be conducted by Giuseppe Sabbatini and directed by Gianmaria Aliverta.

This represents the third Mozart role for Alexe, who is set to debut this season in Finland as Violetta in La Traviata at the Finnish National Opera and in Italy, performing again her signature role of Violetta at the Teatro Petruzzelli di Bari, in the production signed by Sofia Coppola with the costumes by Valentino Garavani. In addition this November she will make her role debut as Elvira in Puritani at the Romanian National Opera in Cluj-Napoca.
