Murat Karahan headlines Opera Italiana Is In The Air in New York City

Tenor Murat Karahan is set to perform in New York City, in the concert Opera Italiana Is In The Air, under the baton of Maestro Alvise Casellati, founder of the project.

The concert will take place in the heart of New York City, at the Naumburg Bandshell in Central Park.

Karahan will be joined by soprano Leah Hawkins. The program includes “Vesti la giubba” from Pagliacci, the duet Turiddu/Santuzza from Cavalleria Rusticanaand “Nessun dorma” from Turandot sung by Karahan, as well as highlights from Guillaume Tell, Giovanna d’Arco, La Gazza Ladra and Aida
