ree

Finally we can share with you the enthusiastic reviews our Diana Alexe received for her awaited Spanish debut and her outstanding role debut as Rosina in Mozart’s La Finta Semplice for the season of the Amigos de la Ópera de A Coruña at the Teatro Colón A Coruña.

Soprano Diana Alexe's Rosina was excellent, stylistically appropriate and precise in her agility.

Andrea Merli, I Teatri dell'Est

Soprano Diana Alexe was one of the stars of the evening in the title role of Rosina. She has a well-tempered voice with an attractive timbre, which she knows how to use to give spices to her character. She focused her performance more on the comic aspect than on sensuality. Nevertheless, in her emotional "Amoretti che ascosi qui siete" she displayed elegant and controlled phrasing and careful vocal line, with great support from the conductor, who knew how to give her space.

Pablo Sànchez Quinteiro, Bachtrack

Diana Alexe's Rosina stood out. with her light, homogeneous lyric voice, an attractive dark 'veil' in the centre and classy phrasing, as well as being an accomplished actress: she shone in "Senti l'ecco o Amoretti'.

Hugo Álvarez Domínguez, La Voz de Galicia

Vocally, both from a vocal and musical point of view, as well as theatrical performance, Diana Alexe shone with her own light, portraying a very flesh-and-blood Rosina. She gave a great performance, with a clear, bright voice and great facial and body gestures.

Julian Cárrillo Sanz, Beckmesser

Diana Alexe's Rosina is vivacious, brilliant and masterfull in her coloratura.

Luis Suñén, Scherzo

Diana Alexe is a soprano who shines in the upper range of her instrument, with a brilliant high register, beautiful colour and skilful coloratura. She conquered the audience in her two main arias, 'Senti l'eco' and 'Amoretti che ascosi qui siete', and in general she knew what she was doing, breathing the lively air of the production with naturalness.

José Luis Jiménez, Ópera Actual
