“Powerful, astonishing” Lana Kos as Madama Butterfly conducted by Oksana Lyniv at the Tokyo Spring Festival

Lana Kos gained an authentic triumph for her performance as Madama Butterflyat the Tokyo Spring Festival 2025, presented in a concert version, on the legendary Bunka Kaikan stage. 

Oksana Lyniv conducted the opera, which featured Piero Pretti as Pinkerton, Kai Eijiro and Shimizu Kasumi in the roles of Sharpless and Suzuki.
