The internationally acclaimed Croatian soprano Lana Kos has captivated audiences worldwide with her commanding stage presence, striking beauty, and an opulent voice spanning three octaves. Kos is celebrated for her iconic interpretations of Violetta (La Traviata), Mimì (La Bohème), Luisa Miller, Magda (La Rondine), Manon Lescaut, Desdemona (Otello), Leonora (Il Trovatore), Liù (Turandot), Madama Butterfly and Tosca.
Upcoming engagements include the debut at the Tokyo Spring Festival 2025 as Cio Cio-San in Madama Butterfly at Tokyo Bunka-Kaikan, under the baton of Oksana Lyniv; Desdemona in Verdi’s Otello at the Teatro Massimo Bellini di Catania, conducted by Fabrizio Maria Carminati and directed by Giancarlo Del Monaco.
